There’s a whole new wave of birth control pill classes available online for women who don’t have access to any.
These free childbirth workshops have taken the concept of birth out of the realm of convenience, and they’ve created a whole different way to approach birth control.
The classes are designed to give women with pre-existing conditions the opportunity to get their health back, and the first class of free childbirth lessons was created by an Australian woman named Erin Bouchard.
Erin says her first class, titled “The Pill Is For Everyone,” was a huge success, and she’s now using it to expand her free childbirth lesson repertoire.
This is the first of a series of five videos featuring Erin Baughdart explaining birth control in her own words, and we’re bringing you more on this topic in the weeks ahead.
The videos below are from the series, which you can watch in full on Erin’s YouTube channel.
Erin explains that she has a history of birth complications, and has experienced vaginal bleeding during childbirth, so her options were limited.
Erin has experienced pre-eclampsia and pre-nausea in the past, but had never experienced childbirth with symptoms other than discomfort and some bleeding.
When she found the classes on her YouTube channel, she knew she wanted to teach others about birth control and childbirth.
The women in the class share their experiences of the pill, as well as their experiences with vaginal bleeding and pain during childbirth.
When Erin first started teaching her classes, she didn’t have any specific expectations for how the classes would work.
Erin said she wanted the classes to be interactive and open to all women, and that she hoped the lessons would help women find a solution to their birth control problems.
Erin’s first class is called “The pill is for everyone,” and it’s meant to help women understand their birth cycles and what they can do to get birth control back.
She has a list of birth myths that she believes are keeping women from taking birth control pills and other birth control options.
When I was teaching the classes, I used to tell women that I was a woman who had been through my own birth and I had to have my birth control, and then I’d say to the women, ‘Well, you have no idea how hard it is to have your birth control taken away.’
Erin says she’s worked with women in her classes for many years, and there’s something for everyone.
“I love the idea of a group of women sharing their birth experience and sharing their experience of birth, and to have these women share their birth stories is so helpful,” she says.
“There are many different reasons women don’t take birth control,” Erin explains.
“One of the biggest ones is that women are afraid of pregnancy, they are afraid they might get pregnant and that’s something that’s never really happened to me or anyone else.”
Erin says that her classes are meant to give the women of the world a way to share their health problems and their experiences, and give birth to a new generation of women who aren’t afraid of childbirth.
She’s using the lessons to help empower women to take the pill with confidence, and teach them the importance of being open to learning and sharing with others.
“Women are often afraid of the consequences of pregnancy,” Erin says.
She says women don, too.
She adds that she hopes that by sharing her stories, the lessons will empower women who are afraid to have children, and will help them feel more confident and empowered to choose a birth control method that is right for them.
Erin also says that she’s learned a lot from her students and from her classes.
“Some of the lessons that I’ve learned are, if you’ve been through pregnancy, I would encourage you to learn from those experiences and share them with the rest of your family and with the women in your life,” Erin said.
“Because if you don’t share that with them, then they’ll never learn about your experience, and you will never know what they’re going through.”
This is what Erin Boulton is teaching her women in these classes.
The lessons below are Erin Boughton’s own words about her free birth classes: I teach these classes because I want women to feel empowered and not ashamed to share with me how they feel, and how they want their bodies to feel.
I also want to empower women so that we can all be free of the fear that sometimes is the case when we think about birth, but it’s really the opposite of birth.
Birth is not something that happens in a moment of weakness.
It’s something we do all the time.
It happens all the damn time, and if we let fear control our birth, we’re just letting fear rule us.
If we don’t learn how to control birth, then we’re letting fear control everything that happens to us.
I’m a woman, so I’m going to show you how to feel, I’m not going to lie
