An online video that has been making the rounds of the internet is a powerful reminder to talk with your doctor before having a baby.
It’s also an excellent reminder to ask questions about how childbirth will work and how you can take part.
Read moreThe video, called “Vaginal Birth: How to Talk to Your Doctor,” features a number of experts, including Dr. Lisa McLean, the Chief Medical Officer of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, who explains that vaginal birth is a medical procedure and that the best way to talk about it is with your family doctor.
“If you don’t understand the procedure, you don’st understand the baby, you’ll be less likely to understand it and more likely to get it wrong,” McLean says.
Here are some of the things to look out for:What you need to know about vaginal birthWhat’s the difference between vaginal and anal birthsWhat you should know about caesarean sectionsWhat you can do about complications, like hemorrhage or blood lossWhat to expect at the time of deliveryWhat to do after deliveryWhen the baby is bornWhat to say to the doctorAfter the birthWhat to eat and drinkDuring the birthThe video begins with a clip of McLean discussing the medical principles behind vaginal birth, including how a woman’s cervix is constricted by her womb and how she will experience vaginal birth.
It also covers the various benefits and risks of vaginal birth including a low risk of complications and the possibility of blood loss.
McLean then talks about the different parts of the vaginal birth process, including the birth canal, vaginal delivery and the birth itself.
“You have to be conscious of the different ways that you will get through the birth process,” she explains.
“There are things that you can put in the vagina, things that are in the uterus and there are things you can’t put in.”
McLean also discusses how you will experience the birth.
“You will be in pain, you will be very excited, you have an intense feeling of being born, you can feel a lot of tension, you are very anxious, you feel that you are in a new life and you have no idea what the future holds for you,” she says.
Mclean explains that there will be a period of time between birth and the delivery of the baby.
“It is important to make sure that the delivery is safe and pain free,” she adds.
“If the baby has had a very painful delivery, you should ask your partner to hold the baby and be there to help you as well.”
If you want to talk directly with your health care provider, you may want to make an appointment with the midwife, midwife or a family doctor to discuss your options.
The birth itself can be stressful and difficult, and can be quite physical, but it can also be an amazing experience.
“I would like to think that we have had some of our hardest experiences, and if you are having vaginal birth and you are experiencing it, it is a very important part of your life, especially if you have a child at home,” Mclean says.
“A lot of women have experienced this birth at home and it is an incredible feeling to be able to have it and be able share it with the world.”
The birth can take a lot out of youWhen you are ready to have a baby, the first thing you should do is to get comfortable and talk with a doctor about what you want out of life.
“The most important thing is to find a doctor who is willing to discuss how your health is, what your wishes are, and what your life plan is,” McLeod says.
She also advises that you should talk with them about the birth plans you have.
“Once you are comfortable with the birth plan, you need a plan for the birth,” she advises.
“Do you want the baby to be delivered by a midwife and do you want your doctor to have the baby delivered by the midwives?
What is the delivery schedule?
What are the birth protocols?
What if you can choose between a vaginal delivery or a cesareen delivery?
What about the recovery time?””
If the birth is on the road, it can be very busy,” Mclearn says.
She also advises people to look at their midwives’ blogs and forums to see how other people are planning their birth.
If you are a new mother, McLean suggests that you ask your midwife what options are available to you, and then ask them what they recommend to make the birth more comfortable and secure.
If they are not able to answer, you might want to get a copy of your midwives birth plans and find out what options they have for you.
“Your midwives will be able answer your questions,” she also says.
“But, really, what they should do, is make you feel comfortable and have a good time
